I mean he's still a back end starter at best case. The hrs are a big problem unless he gets them to 6 soon and even then I don't see him being better than a mid-upper 3 ERA guy

If he can get to a 10 in hits and manage to hit 6 in walks he will be just fine

Getting to 10 in hit's isn't something easy or even close to guaranteed though. He's never going to be a sub 3.5 ERA guy consistently unless he does.

Unless people know more than I do about boosting pitchers boosting hits in ST is the hardest thing to succeed at. Dropping Velocity usually offsets the "Pure Stuff" boost.

There are some HOFFBL deals I've made where 2 guys in a package of 3 turn into STUDS.
I had a package I sent for a SP in HOFFBL where I sent two G/G/G type guys who both turned into B/G/B hitters...
