All lost cash goes to low earners. Bottom 8.
If your team is under 500 you can transfer your in game to bc at a 5-1 ratio.

I dont think we should help bad teams.
Most bad teams dont learn.
We can fire bad GMs and have guys run multiple teams.
We can contract again.
We shouldnt essentially reward bad GMs for being bad GMs

Yeah, I'm totally against helping bad GMs. Maybe they should've learned by now how to actually build a team?
