Raisel is the cousin of famed singer Enrique and probably could have a career in entertainment if it weren't for his golden arm. He's a bit younger than the most recent imports from Cuba and will probably need a couple of seasons in the minors to get some seasoning. He could move quickly if he finds the right system and has a good coach at each level. He's a big lanky kid who has trouble repeating his delivery and tends to be erratic with his pitches. Again, if he has a good mentor around he could iron out his delivery, but it's viewed as a long shot right now.
