Need a good service that can forward calls to a cell phone, that isn't Google Voice. Preferably free.

It's for work and the dude hates Google. Probably going to recommend Skype. Cheap, get a separate number, and you can forward calls from it.

Judging from my experience at Best Buy- apparently only Indians can use it, because they were the only ones who ever bought them, and they bought like 2 a day
