Just for clarification, when this rule states that there is a limit of 1 increase per "category", does a category mean the entire category (representing both righty and lefty splits) or are the righty/lefty splits considered separate categories?
So say I wanted to increase Frank Thomas' Average from 6 to 7. Would spending $1M on his Average vs RHP mean I reached the 1 increase per category limit or would I be able to spend another $1M on his Average vs LHP and hit the limit that way.
