yeah but that is different erbes made a rule that once a guy says that he is breaking off negotiations then you have one offer so it is getting around erbes rule no it isnt, Cleveland only has one offer, that is completely correct, and if dealt back to him would be the same. However, I am not negotiating with Punto when Cleveland makes an offer, so how does it make sense that it would limit my offers? He said one more offer to Cleveland, not the other 29 teams bc erbes made a rule which limits the offers the game itself doesn't limit you; even if the guy says he is breaking off negotiations you can still keep offering

He said one more offer to Cleveland, not the other 29 teams bc erbes made a rule which limits the offers the game itself doesn't limit you; even if the guy says he is breaking off negotiations you can still keep offering Negotiations take place between a team and a player, not 30 teams and a player. The offer lets you have one last offer once a guy says Im not going to sign with you (a hail mary offer), after that, the "agent" stops taking the phone calls. This has no affect on the agents negotiations with other teams though.

this latin phrase is in no way applicable though if all I have is one more offer to a player then I can't trade more than that you arent...every team already has the right to offer any player on their team, until that player says he wont resign. Cleveland is not trading me an extra offer.

That's not a good attitude to have maybe somebody will want to see part 2 and give me a 3 I'll give your writing 3's once you start writing in a more professional manner and don't have articles filled with spelling and grammar errors. You write legal papers all the time...write these articles in the same professional manner and they will get 3's.
