Where do you live? Arizona?
Stone does a ton of good high alcohol stuff. Like 9-11.
Best high alcohol beer Ive had is Knee Deep. Simtra and Hop Shortage are both 11+. Gonna guess you wont be able to find them though.
Dogfish Head isnt my favorite but they are widely distributed and they have huge ABV beers. 90 and 120. They also do some specialty stuff thats really high. They tend to be too sweet for me.
My favorite double regular DIPA is Drakes Denogginizer. 9.85%. Good stuff.
My favorite special DIPAs are Stones Ruin10 and Green Flash Palete Wrecker.

You want Double or Imperial IPAs. If you can get Denoginnizer its perfect.

I love my IPA's Tonight I had a Dales Pale Ale, a Monsta IPA, Green head IPA, and Larry IPA, all from local craft brews and all awesome (Well, dale's isn't local, but god damn is it good) 12 percent is actually on the rarer side, it seems like everything is 11 or under. Dogfish 120 is 18 percent though
