i want everyone to know the facts before i start
before the season even began i talked to the orioles who in return later talked to the cubs about this rule

in english it reads everyone starts with a clean slate just dont loose 120 games, now with that being said he admited to being a fuck up on that so his fault.
next i did wait too long to point this out to him but on my second time asking about it this was his pm response and im going to copy and paste it here.

I didn't like any of the proposed changes. I like that the current system is basic enough to deter people from tanking. It'll stand for now. No more grandfathering though. Everyone starts with a clean slate. Just don't lose 120 games!
so this clean slate means that last season loss of 110 games dosent matter correct? and that only 120 means anything this year but if I were to loose 110 games next season I would get a penalty correct?
