Rule: - At all times you must have at least 23 players on your team. - You must have at least a 3 man rotation with at least 6 middle relievers. - You must field a full lineup with backups. - You can play players out of position only if it 'makes sense'. This will be at the discretion of myself and the lineup mods. For example, a RF can play CF, but can't play SS. A SS can play 2B, but he can't play CF. - You will get one sim to fix your lineups.
Penalty: - Your 1st round draft pick drops 5 spots. - You will be fined $10M in-game cash. - If problem persists, you will forfeit your 1st round pick altogether.

The breakthewalls Addendum:
I shouldn't have to police rosters here. I don't want to run your team but for the sake of gamesmanship, play your good players. Intentionally starting worse players over better options on the team in an effort to lose more games will be met with the same punishments as above.

2020 EDIT:
All starting pitchers, who are in your rotation, must be listed as starting pitchers.
This is to avoid confusion on extensions, All-Star Game, and to avoid manipulation in spring training.

2020 EDIT:
You do not need to have a break down of 3 starters, 6 middle relievers. 9 total pitchers will suffice. You still need to have at least a 3 man rotation made up of real starters (have starters' duration).
