The problem is that the humidor will not make pitching in Colorado any easier at all. That is what worries me. If I can't find ways to win and my hitters aren't all over the top 10 in average, homers, RBI and OPS, then that takes all the fun away from being the Rockies.
I chose the Rockies specifically to see my hitters put up Hall of Fame numbers at the plate. Winning is nice but you can try to win anywhere.

How will it not make pitching easier? If you have garbage pitchers they won't. If it decreases hitting then by default it decreases everyone's hitting in that bp? no? lol

Even with the humidor 100% in play, the hitter ratings at Coors will always be above that of any other stadium.

lol, coors field isn't as skewed towards hitters as it used to be though. I'd assume we'd have to alter ratings at the appropriate time to reflect the effects of the humidor right?

No if you are comparing it to the very start of this league. That's why the 1996 numbers were a lot higher than the other seasons.

I think you're being unrealistic expecting HOF numbers from 6 in hits 4 in hr's (bichette) players.

If the Coors Field ratings get fucked even more, I will definitely consider either going to the Rays or leaving altogether. That would be complete bullshit to fuck me over once again. It would be pointless for James to give me the Mets, so yeah take it or leave it. oh stfu. Coors is a lot closer to an average hitters ballpark right now. Your park ratings don't illustrate that. fyi, it really isnt, it is still the most hitter friendly park

my bad, this year is the exception. My bad, true. But Bichette's numbers seem a little too good. I stand corrected.

The park factor changes nothing smh, unless you specifically build a team for your 81 home games...both teams play in the stadium and deal with the same thing...great pitchers will still perform better than mediocre pitchers, great hitters better than mediocre hitters...just easier to see if its an average stadium

Coors Field (Rockies) - 120 Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (Rangers) - 112 Great American Ballpark (Reds) - 107
Not surprisingly, Coors Field is far and away the most-hitter friendly ballpark in the majors. After trending downward following the introduction of the humidor in 2002, offense has steadily moved back in the other direction in recent seasons. Check out these single-season park factors since 2007: 109, 105, 113, 118, 116, 124.
