ON my computer. Only been the last week or so. Just closes. Says program has stopped working. Doesnt even really open. I click, run as administrator and the program has stopped working prompt comes up. Also having web sites crash on me. Any ideas? I thought maybe my Windows wasnt updated or something but that seems fine.

run disk cleanup and make sure you check temp files. If you have any, applications might not work correctly as they could be associated with said program, also your OS tries to resolve them no matter what, wasting system resources.
google "msert.exe" download and run, first step to see if you have malware
