Idk, I mean, is it really that big of a deal? Most guys seem to do their TIA's in the offseason because the rule is to get it down to 15 by opening day.
How often does someone really get close to losing cash? And how will this really change it?

I only earn in the offseason. I like to have 15 for reversals. If its 10 i think id dislike worrying my reversals will soend my reserves. Dont see the point of lowering the total. I dont get just changing things without reasoning.
