The Cuban Miguel Gonzalez isn't much better than his Mexican counterpart. In fact, some scouts think Gonzalez could be a minor league player to begin his career. Others think he can be a great 2, 3, or 4. In other words, it's a mixed bag. Miggy does have the ability to dial up the radar gun and it's this velocity that has some scouts drooling. If he's able to harness his harm then he might be closer to a 2 than a 4.
