They say in life, Cash Rules Everything Around Me. Just like reality, the same concept can be applied here with board cash. It is such a valuable asset. It can improve players. It can be used to trade for players. It can reverse bad PD's. It can be traded for in-game cash. And best of all, there are so many ways to earn board cash!
So after 10 full seasons, how much board cash has each of us actually made? Where exactly did all this money come from? We're all about to find out!
To do this, I went through every GM's bank claim thread and added up every single claim they made and even categorized the claims appropriately. Anything a GM earned that has yet to be claimed (such as posts, for example) were not included. Board cash earned through trades with other teams were not included as well.
Some GM's of course will have an advantage here if they have been either around longer and/or been more active in certain areas. Hopefully, this should all end up balancing out though more or less.
Here are the ranks! To keep this a true 10-season ranking, no claims after February 3, 2014 will be included, being that this was when the file was last flipped.
Note: CC was not included here because he was not a GM in any of the first 10 seasons.
Note: Post Money includes money earned from Post Pad event rewards as well.

Temp hasn't been around all too long, but altogether, he hasn't really been particularly active to say the least. He participated in a couple articles, did some NFL pick-ems, but there really isn't much else he has done. And being that he is on leave for a while, this will almost certainly stay the same for months to come.

James hasn't always been the most active presence here, but he's gotten his claims in when he's needed to, for the most part. He's had his fair share of posts and team/player claims, which obviously represent the majority of the money he has earned.

For some reason, I thought Dale had earned a lot more board cash in his time here, but he's still gotten a respectable amount in quite a different ways. He's gotten more active and involved with time and that has been great to see!

Dan's activity hasn't always been the greatest, but for the most part, it has been consistent. Nearly half of his money comes from individual player performance claims, with another big chunk for preseason predictions and GM Award voting. I thought Dan's total was going to be slightly higher than James', but I'm actually impressed with the amount he's made altogether. Keep it up!

For an expansion GM, Darell has done a phenomenal job. He's participated in the vast majority of all events, gotten a lot of posts and a good number of articles in, and it has shown. Who said recent GM's can't compete with the original GM's? Darell has already proven otherwise.

Kobe has only been here roughly for 4 months. Yet despite that, he's in the middle of the pack here and has been as active as any of the newer GM's. Kobe's been very active with posts, events and articles, among other things. If only he'd clean up his attitude, he'd be a great presence here.

Erbes' claims are rather unique because he's obviously the commish. His $7.5 million commish salary is more than fair for everything he does, especially considering all the posts he has never claimed. He's written a bunch of articles, even though most of them were early on and has gotten a good amount of cash in other areas as well.

2. Spencer
Post Money: $40,000,000

GM Awards Voting Money: $8,000,000
Job Money: $0
Misc Money: $4,500,000
Total Money: $238,900,000
Spencer has done it all...except for a forum job of some kind. He's posted a ton (but hasn't claimed all the money for it yet), has earned more money from articles anyone (which stunned me...I thought I made more than anyone from that by a long shot), and is way up there in team/player performance cash as well. His money making resume is as good as anyone's generally speaking...but he still finishes second in a very close race.

Spencer probably should have won this by a decent margin, but he chose to not claim some of his posts, so his loss! I still can't believe he earned more cash from articles than me.
As for myself, just wow. I knew I made a shit ton of board cash, but when it all adds up, it's like wow! Over half of this of course comes from posts and articles, both of which I've spent a lot of time on. I also had a ton of POTW/POTM claims early on, plus I've been active with just about every event that's happened.
How well did everyone end up spending and using all this board cash? That's another story for another time. So if you were ever curious as to how much cash you've made and how much you got in each area, I just did all the work for you. You're welcome!
Until next time...
