I was wondering why my payroll is so big and I have no money to spend in FA. Last night I found the issue, I have two guys in AAA LF Brian Kumanosuke and 1B Mike Crespo who are making a combined 30 million dollars. They both signed 4 year contracts with another team on 3/1/2019 and were later traded to Houston I assume. 4 years from 2019 would mean their contract expired at the end of last year. So why are they still getting paid under the last contract, thats 30 million I could have been using in FA to fill one of the many holes this team has.
Also my 1st FA export apparently didn't go through, none of my offers were in the game, whats the issue with that, is there something different I should be doing, I just exported again it said Export to FTP complete, but thats what it said the last time.

I need to try and fix some issues. Break isnt actually fixing things.
The previous gm signed those players as fas. Arizona relocated to Houston. Im not sure why their is a contract glitch. Imo it has to do with arbitration probably. Imo nothing should be changed. They are signed to this contract. Hopefully theyre next arbitration contract will be smaller. If you want to pick a different team because of this contract issue feel free. Sd and oak are both currently open. Along with was and cle.

How are they signed to this contract. They signed a 4 year deal... this is year 5!! an in game arbitration award for two prospects would never equal 30 million dollars! one guy has 130 ML AB's the other 240.. they wouldn't even get close to 1 million in arbitration...I don't want to change teams I want to be rid of 30 million in payroll that I shouldn't have. Its not that hard of a fix!

These contracts need to be edited down. Just make each of them make $1M/YR, and call it a day. We need to make that right.

Im ok with editing down the contracts as long as the editing doesnt effect arbitration numbers or team control

I think break/stool should decide on Halpin since hes pitched 2 seasons already, both years over 200 innings. 1m might be too low.
