Let's cut some more dead weight after this season. This is primarily a reaction to the joke that FA is at this point (although not simming through to the last 5 days is a major contributor to cheap contracts). I'm seeing 6-7 sending offers. That's pretty horrendous.
Cut Philadelphia and Atlanta. Move Washington to the Southeast and Toronto to Atlantic.
On a similar note a restart wouldn't be the worst thing. Would definitely energize people. And help attract new owners.

I don't hate the idea of BBSBL4 with 20 teams, very limited camps (just PD reversals), and less rules (i.e. no tanking rules, franchise player, etc.).
We got too confusing too fast. We need to dumb stuff down.

Ya can't put a timeline on the end of the league we either make a decision now or we revisit it later if things get worse

I agree on getting rid of tanking rules and franchise player. I think we can keep everything else. I also think we should contract 2 teams and then try and keep the core solid with GMs

I would say give us until the end of May to find replacement GMs for the 2 current open teams before contracting though.
