You don't understand how IP addresses work. You will have a specific IP address assigned to you from Rogers Wireless. Everyone gets one who has Rogers. Just like every other company. The fact that two users have the same IP address means you're on the same computer.

If it makes any difference, Danchevy's last used IP is different. Maybe a common school IP? I'm sure that since Cleveland and I go to the same school we have the same general IP range, if not used the same computer in the same computer lab at different times.

They said they didn't know each other. I find it hard to believe that two people sharing the same IP address don't know each other.

I don't have the time right now to google this and find the full pages on Thai, but if you look for the information on how Rogers wireless 3G Internet works in Canada you will find something aling the lines of, that when you are within certain regains of Canada that you are slotted into a group which is rerouted and given a certain ip. Can't explain the ip change but I'd expect that they at times change each regions static ip.
Anyways I do really have to go, if you have any other questions please pm me Erbes and I can try and find the information on this for you later if you need it.

I'd actually be completely open to letting them stay in the league if they just admit they know each other or Dan comes clean to being both users.

I explain somewhat what I remember on how Rogers Wirless woks in my last post, please do take a look at it and search some stuff up because you start making posts like this one I'm quoting.
