Also, you should only IRI a player after whatever rating increases
for instance if player A increases his LHP hits to 7 during the sim, you should IRI them right away.

Good 6 or 7. Brilliant 8 9 10. If a guy has good talent don't iri him above 8 because he peobably won't be able to hold it
