Why are there so many options? 3 chances and you're out imvho. Nah should be at least 10 to be sorta realistic. I'd be cool with the full 15 years of eligibility. Also, keep in mind that if a player doesn't get any votes, or less than 5% of all votes, depending on how many GM's vote, that player will be eliminated from the ballot. Could possibly move the elimination to 10%. I'll consider that next season.
