Funny that Hundley wasn't even an honorable mention, yet Ashes decided to throw $11.5 million at him LOL If you had the cap...You would have overpaid him as well.

If you had the cap...You would have overpaid him as well. He was already busy overpaying his entire lineup The only one that might be overpaid from me is Bichette. I don't really see who else in my lineup is overpaid. Break was the one that gave Burks his ridiculous contract that I had no intention of offering on my own. About $14 million combined to Young and Castilla I feel is legit and Walker making $6 is pennies for what he has done. The $12 million extension is a bargain in itself as well. I've overpaid for pitching, but I would not say that most my hitters (basically anyone besides Bichette and Burks) are not overpaid at all.

I personally would've put Piazza above Posada. Piazza has better ratings, better stats, better career numbers obviously and his overall value is much higher. I also agree with Erbes that Posada was made too good, when in reality, he was barely above average as a hitter.

Ok Posada having 5 "Good's" is bullshit... he was never THAT good of a hitter and certainly was mediocre compared to a living legend like Piazza.

Gotta love sim leagues where original Yankee players are always rated too highly.

I agree. Nilsson is legit and was legit for a couple years in real life.

Piazza is definitely the top catcher.
I think Posada had a good PD earlier in the league though

I'm sorry, but a career .273 hitter with 275 homers and an .848 career OPS does not deserve 4 or 5 "Good" talent ratings...
