and make reversals much less prevalent. Maybe like... every player gets 3 categories and that's it.

Im for no reversals. Only franchise guys I think we should have something in place at least. I hate the way OOTP kills guys at 32-34. Maybe make it 3 reversals for people only over a certain age? That way we can make it more real to life. Guys can play until 40-42 all the time. If we reversal older guys only a few times it gets rid of the shitty "This guy died at 32 all the time" trope OOTP has. Something like: Every player gets one free category reversal when they reach age 34.

24 teams could work now that I think of it because MLB expanded to 24 in 1969 and it seems like most people don't wanna go back further than that. I dunno... anything after 1962 is good for me just so the Mets can exist. Danchevy wanted the Jays so he will probably want something after 1977 when the Jays entered the league. But if we include the Jays, it could become a 26 team league.
A lot of options here and we should have plenty of time to figure it out.

We could always include the jays and eliminate a team nobody wants

Ok then we'd just have to wait to see which team(s) get claimed by others last and then that team(s) can get renamed. Also Break, you're up in LBB draft if you still wanna pick.

Why wouldn't Stool want his Cardinals? lol I bet the Cardinals will be stacked throughout the 70s and 80s.

We could also just realize that the Jays are a bunch of asshole bullies and keep them gone.

So i think too many extras make things tedious. Some fun extras like what i mentioned can be easy. Too much becomes tiresome

So i think too many extras make things tedious. Some fun extras like what i mentioned can be easy. Too much becomes tiresome yeah but if we're getting rid of normal camps i'd like to go further in the direction of realism at least a little I loathe the fact that even the best players are done by 36-37 most of the time. Players these days go to 39-40 all the time.

ok well we're probably not starting in the 90s so Tampa is probably off the table. KC would definitely be open.
I think a 1984 start would be perfect. It's right before all the amazing drafts for players we all grew up with.
