quite apparent
don't think you ever put a rebuild together
basically you trade for win now pieces, and then recycle

way better off gathering a bunch of decent prospects, some that can play, and picking in the 4-10 range...if you have enough guys, you WILL get a PD to a few of them that makes them good

and in case you were wondering, even with no tanking rules, I would not have been penalized when I rebuilt under the current set of rules

i was about to do that in one draft, and then traded those picks in the offseason
i kind of want to rebuild, and take a few years off and build a great, young team like i did before

I've done a pretty good job with my first round picks, and picks in general, over the period Im winning
2008 was Christian Bethancourt (dealt before he tanked), Clifton TUrner (dealt for a later first) (also Andrew Albers, Louis Champion FINALLY GETS A CHANCE) 2009 was Strasburg and Alcantara(did well) (also, Aaron Loup) 2010 was Taijuan (smfh, traded two firsts for him), Raimel Tapia (still hit) 2011 was Gerritt Cole (dealt him and some stuff right away though for Chris Johnson and James Gregory) and Tyler Marlette (sucks) 2012 was Peter O'Brien and Lucas Sims (damnnnnnn) 2013 was DJ peterson (dealt for Healy) 2014 was Greg Scott (bad year for me) 2015 contributed Leopoldo Ruiz (solid pen arm) 2016 was Henry Coffey (who I should probably TIA since he developed well outside Hits) 2017 provided Kyo Ienobu, who should play and may start...good 2B

Mike Trout Paul Goldschmidt Stephen Strasburg Miguel Sano (lol) Jose ALtuve Matt Carpenter Jurickson Profar Oscar Taveras Xander Bogaerts Kyle Seager Nolan Arenado Jon Singleton Patrick Corbin Scooter Gennett Matthew Roten Caleb Thielbar Brandon Belt Matt Adams Tony Sanchez Tanner Scheppers Willie Derrico

interested to see how my team starts off, i have a deady lineup batter wise.
Morris Cira Scooter Harvey Robledo Springer Tomas
think i can fit them all in the lineup too, and then Kang as well. pretty deep lineup 7-8 deep
