My bank hasn't been done either... I have more then enough to cover my negative... Play didn't do a few banks because we made a joke he didn't like.
That being, we need banks updated way more regularly.

Before making a post and calling teams out and asking for penalties you should really be doing some minor investigating. Doesn't Take much to look at bank page and see both mine and atlanta's were not updated with the last update...

It's in the rules that you shouldn't spend anything until your money has been posted to the bank.
Play has repeatedly told people to PM him for bank updates. It's not that hard.

I spent what I knew I had, once the bank is updated I will be positive. Play did the spending threads for all teams and left three teams banks not done because he didn't have time or whatever reason. Still no reason for a negative balance punishment. |

The rule is stupid, if you've claimed enough to cover the spend you should be fine, and if a claim is invalid you get penalized

Also, when has a GM missed a reversal because of me? ill wait |
