Jah hasn't laid a finger to help the draft in seasons either. Why is he still a draft mod anyways.

So I'm supposed to waste 10 minutes of my day because every auto because others couldn't be bothered? Sounds ridiculous. The whole point is to stop autoing during the day. Or at the very least cut it down substantially.

play has asked me to make sure he is picking the BPA or at least one of, when he wasn't sure, when autoing in the past, many times.

Take a deep breath break. Look at what your GMs are saying. Step away for 10 minutes. Think about it. If you still feel like you're doing what's best for the league as a whole then carry on. Ita okay to admit you're wrong. I did it all the time.

Again, the goal is to speed up the draft, not to screw over teams, if they don't pick, its a short check to pick a guy for them to keep the draft moving, its not some arduous process to find BPA

I'm the only actually doing anything so be my fucking guest I'm done trying to help when I get nothing but bullshit in return because I'm not going to waste time looking at every fucking possible TIA and TIB to gauge value to help someone who doesn't have the respect to follow rules.

We can move forward at a pick every 10 hours again and have half the second round auto'd when that's where we are at ST like old times.

Break you're taking this too personally. We're trying to help you run the best league possible. 3 of your dedicated GMs are you telling you that you're doing something to the detriment of the league. We're trying to help you correct the mistake. It's a quick fix. Just restart from your first auto. If you don't feel comfortable taking bpa then ask broph and Spence for help. This is a very easy fix.

We appreciate you moving the draft along, it's a thankless job just like commishing, but it has to be done effectively and efficiently, not just efficiently.

being autoed just means when picking they just pick the player they feel is BPA< whoever they is, team need is ignored, team makeup, GM preference, etc. If you don't like say, Fair Doubles, but the best guy has fair doubles, well, sucks to be you, you get him, thats what it means. The punishment is getting no say in who is BPA, its not getting some shit player because he lists higher in the draft page.

I'll gladly do the same thing without team need in mind. That's what makes it dumb.

You dont need to look at needs. Or tib or tia possibilities. Just take a good solid player.

Well like I said. If we continue using that in mind, and let anyone who was auto'd (I'd say not counting 24 hour guys) since they haven't been around anyways, some of them for 3+ days, swap their pick for someone left, then it shouldn't be an issue to just move forward.

hence why I was confused as to why you would give Braves Monarrez over Winston, that was the point, its never been about punishment, its about keeping the draft moving. Everybody has lives, it sucks if they can't make their pick, but that is why there are time limits, and that is why people auto. Not to screw them over or punish them, but to keep the draft moving. Yeah, there is a downside, a "punishment" built in, in that you don't get to pick who is considered best, sometimes that will lineup fine and you get away with it, sometimes not, but more importantly the draft moves on.

Brewers too, Bowles, guys going at 21 were probably a top 5 pick really

A guy isn't far worse because he's not ML ready. Why would we want to give an open team a ML player that's going to be gone in six seasons?
