Send lists if you're not up. You did it once already.

Autoing shouldn't be handing people the best possible pick anyways. It should be handing the next pick the computer would take. Which is down the list. Autoing isn't supposed to be a good thing.

Yeah, spence text me when I'm up Don't auto me please NEW TIME LIMIT RULE: If you are on within 5 picks of your selection, you need to send a list. Failure to do so will result in you only having 30 minutes to pick once your selection is up. THIS RULE IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

You people need to stop whining when the rules are clearly defined. I will talk to Shale about the autoing style but for now i'm keeping this draft moving and he hasn't seemed to have a problem with it yet so I don't see the issue.

no, picking the guy at the top is hilariously arbitrary and random. We aren't trying to screw teams here, just speed up the draft

I've talked to shale about it. Anyone who wants to swap a pick they were auto'd for anyone left they may until player is chosen by someone else. This doesn't count for teams under the 24 hour rule, and I'll be choosing best available player disregarding campability for autos from now on.

Anyone auto'd after this post also can't pick a new guy.

Break as a commish you have to run every team like its your team imo. Bottom line we need to make teams desirable for new gms. Cant mismanage teams alienate gms and have shitty open teams

I'm not doing all the work an active gm would do to find the best pick. I'm picking best disregarding camps because I don't need the headache and it's pretty unfair to active GMs

And I don't need an argument a page about value with camps etc

Future of the league in question at this point with this leadership

If you want to do it differently put up a poll but I doubt active gms want inactive autos taking all the hidden gems. It's dumb as fuck and bad GMs benefit from autos to do that. Open teams are a different story.

Why should laziness be beneficial? Answer that. How is it beneficial? Why is it laziness? Could be busy.

If you can't follow the rules autos are not safeguards. Like I said open teams are a different story
